Return & Exchange Policy

At ZKOE, we want you to love every piece you own.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
 

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included.
  • The request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • The product was purchased directly from ZKOE.com.

Non-returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and product integrity, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or personalized items (e.g. engraved jewelry)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” at checkout
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items
  • Gift cards or e-gift vouchers

Return Process

  1. Submit a Request
    Contact our customer service team via email (service@zkoe.com) with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for Confirmation
    You will receive a confirmation email with the return shipping address and detailed instructions.
  3. Ship the Item Back
    Use a reliable courier with tracking service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Inspection & Refund
    Once received, we will inspect the item. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for different sizes, colors, or styles of the same product (subject to availability).
  • If the desired item is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.
  • For defective or incorrect items, ZKOE covers all return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos.

We will verify and provide a free replacement or full refund.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method only.
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after item inspection.
  • Depending on your bank, funds may take 1–3 working days to appear.

  • ZKOE reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
